Discovery Gateway!

Roger and I decided to take Nelson to do something fun just for him before the baby comes. So we went to the Discovery Gateway (Children's Museum) Nelson and I had been to one before with the Mouritsens in California and had lots of fun so we wanted to try this one out. It was a little crowded and not quite as fun as the one in California ,but still fun. Nelson had fun trying out all the stuff. He loved playing with the water and was soaked from head to toe. He loves helicopters and they had a real one there for the kids to play in. Nelson wanted to get in it so we put him in with the other kids then all of a sudden it started to make noises like it was about ready to take off. Shear panic came over Nelson's face. He started to stress out and cry he thought he was going to go up in the sky and leave mommy and daddy behind. It was sad but, so cute! It was a fun family outing!

That looks so fun! They have a discovery museum here in Salem, but I think it is like 100 years old! That one looks way more fun. Grayson would love that helicopter too, but he would have acted the exact same way if they started it while he was in it!
